Refund policy

We want you to love your Skinny Water Culture gear. If something isn't working for you, we're happy to help with an eligible return or exchange.

Return Window

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Returns

To initiate a return, contact support@skinnywaterculture.com with your order number, the name used on the order, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. There will be a $7.00 restocking fee for any returns that are not returned due to damage/ defective garment. 

We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your financial institution additional time to process and post the refund. The time required for a refund to appear in your account varies by bank and payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return is the result of an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or eligible style, contact us within the applicable 30 day from purchase return window.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead. Exchanges are not available on final sale items. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, contact support@skinnywaterculture.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Sale, Closeout & Final-Sale Items

Items identified as Final Sale or Closeout at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except where required by law or in the case of a defective product.

Sale items that are not specifically identified as Final Sale remain subject to the standard return policy.

Gifts

If an eligible item was purchased as a gift and returned by the recipient, the available refund or exchange options will depend on how the original order was placed. Refunds are generally issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale or closeout merchandise, where identified as such

  • Used, washed, or worn merchandise

  • Items damaged after delivery through normal wear or misuse

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise. Skinny Water Culture is not responsible for merchandise that is lost while being returned to us.
