The SWC Guarantee

Here's the deal. We want you to be happy with our gear and if there is something not right about it, we want to make it right. If it turns out you need a different size or are looking for a different color, send it back and we'll get you something that works better for you. If there is ever a defect we want it back and we want to get you what you paid for. We are going to do what we need to do to make you a fan of SWC because that's what we would want if we were in your shoes.

If you want a new shirt because there is blood on your old one, that happens and that's not something we can do anything about, unless it is our blood, in which case we'll get you a new one.

All returns and exchanges must be unworn and in new condition and be ordered in the past 30 days. Send your return with the original packing slip, and instructions for your exchange. We will refund, or exchange the item as long as it is in new, unworn condition.

Before sending your return or exchange back, please send an email to support@skinnywaterculture.com and they can tell you how much you will need to include for the return shipping cost to get the product back to you. The shipment of your exchanged item will be put on hold until the shipping cost is confirmed with Ray.
